You can usually speak to a qualified expert within 24-48 business hours. Once you book, you’ll receive email confirmation and a secure link for your video consultation.

The check is our detailed application review service. It includes a line-by-line review of your completed visa application form and a thorough review of all supporting documents. The goal is to vet and verify everything before submission to catch potential grounds for refusal. We include a 15 min follow-up call post-review to discuss any required changes.

We do not assist with asylum, overstayer or outside the rules applications. For all other complex matters (such as refusal) consultations start at £200. Please email hello@visapositive.com us for complex matter for a specialist review.

Our fees are for the delivery of professional legal advice and services. The consultation fee is non-refundable once booked as the slot cannot be offered to another client. The check service is also non-refundable once the review process has begun.
