Plan B through second citizenship and passports

Why a “Plan B”

A Plan B or CBI programme offers accelerated processing with applicants receiving passports in an average of 60-90 days.

A second passport offers greater global-mobility with visa-free or visa on arrival access to over 150 destinations.

St Kitts

Launched in 1984, the St Kitts and Nevis CBI progamme is the oldest and most trusted of CBI programmes. It allows individuals and families to obtain legal citizenship in the Caribbean’s most idyllic locations.

The level of investment would depend on your preference to invest in a direct investment fund or real estate and starts at US$150,000

Dominica

Dominica’s CBI programme was launched in 1993 and has been ranked as the number one CBI initiative. Furthermore, the passport is considered to be in the top 40 strongest of all travel documents.

The level of investment would depend on your preference to invest in a direct investment fund or real estate and starts at US$100,000.

Vanuatu

Vanuatu’s Development Support Programme (DSP) was established in 2017. The programme originally conferred ‘honorary’ citizenship only, which afforded native and naturalised citizens far greater rights than those holding honorary citizenship. In 2018 the DSP was overhauled and now confers ‘full’ citizenship (albeit without the right to engage in political life in Vanuatu).

Under the DSP, applicants have only one investment option – a direct contribution to the Government of US $130,000.
